Specialization is the name of the game in today's business environment. Flakt Marine has been installing HVAC equipment for several decades and this is the basis for our specialized installation services.

For maritime installations, we typically install or convert HVAC systems, Automation and control systems. But we are also handling conversions or extensions of electronic systems for complete ships for shipyards, e.g. reefer capacity increases. Our customers use us when an experienced crew of a considerable size is needed to complete a job quickly.

Annually, we provide 300,00 - 500,00 man-hours with our staff of highly qualified HVAC engineers and technicians. And naturally, all installations are carried out in accordance with rules and regulations of all international classification societies and national maritime authorities.

Flakt Marine is well known for acting as real team players that pro-actively solve the tasks at hand. We are also known for being highly efficient and therefore a number of customers use us for supervision, consultancy and project management in connection with new-build contracts or conversions. We are able to troubleshoot not only our own switchboards, but also the rest of the equipment in the electrical system.
